It is now a crime for doctors in the state of Idaho to perform any “gender affirming” procedures on underage children.
Gov. Brad Little signed a bill into law this week that criminalizes the administration of surgical procedures and pharmaceutical drugs on children – this includes puberty blockers.
Dubbed the “Vulnerable Child Protection Act,” the legislation provisions that any doctor or health professional caught engaging in the transgender mutilation of children be charged with a felony, punishable by up to 10 years in prison.
Medical workers who knowingly perform surgeries or provide pharmaceutical drugs to children in order to “affirm the child’s perception of the child’s sex if that perception is inconsistent with the child’s biological sex” will be found guilty of felony crimes.

Idaho Democrats say prohibition of child mutilation will lead to more suicides
The bill specifically prohibits a host of surgeries that mutilate the genitals of and sterilize children under the age of 18. These include irreversible procedures like a mastectomy, a phalloplasty, and a vaginoplasty.
It also prohibits the administration or supplying of puberty blockers and other gender-bender drugs that induce “profound morphologic changes” or “transient or permanent infertility” in children.
The only exception to the bill is when a child is born with a medically verifiable genetic disorder of sex development. This includes a child who does not have a normal sex chromosome structure or that is lacking in sex steroid hormone production.
All but five Senate Republicans in Idaho voted in favor of the bill, while only one House Republican voted against it.
“In signing this bill, I recognize our society plays a role in protecting minors from surgeries or treatments that can irreversibly damage their healthy bodies,” wrote Little in a letter to Idaho’s House speaker.
“However, as policymakers we should take great caution whenever we consider allowing the government to interfere with loving parents and their decisions about what is best for their children.”
The bill is scheduled to take effect on Jan. 1, 2024.
In response to the bill’s passage, Democrat opponents are trying to claim that more children will commit suicide because they can no longer have their bodies mutilated to become transgender.
“Governor Little just signed away the rights of loving parents to access the medical care they choose for their children,” whined state Rep. Lauren Necochea, who believes that wrecking children’s bodies has been “proven to reduce suicidality, anxiety, and depression among transgender youth.”
“Nevertheless, this action sends a cruel message to our transgender youth,” she added, threatening a legal challenge to strike down the bill. “It’s a dark day for Idaho and history will not look kindly on the Republican lawmakers who enacted this legislation.”
Numerous other “red” states are seeking to pass similar laws to criminalize the body butchering of children in the name of LGBT “affirmation.” These include Kansas, Texas, and Wyoming, all of which are considering bills right now that bear almost the exact same language as the one that was just signed into law in Idaho.
“To all you very stupid leftists: cutting someone’s genitals off is NOT healthcare,” one commenter wrote in response to the news. “It’s mutilation.”
“Maybe you need a good psychiatrist. That’s healthcare. But you DON’T need a surgeon … until you’re 18. Then, if you want to screw with your body and your hormones, go right ahead.”
