David DePape apologized Says ‘Sorry I Didn’t Get More of Them’ After Pelosi Attack Video Released

Paul Pelosi’s hammer-wielding attacker David DePape apologized on live television for not doing more damage to the husband of former Democrat House Speaker Nancy Pelosi.

“I want to apologize to everyone,” he told KTVU reporter Amber Lee on Friday. “I messed up. What I did was really bad. I’m so sorry I didn’t get more of them. It’s my own fault. No one else is to blame. I should have come better prepared.”

In addition to this, DePape made the statement that “freedom and liberty are being murdered methodically and deliberately.”

He stated that the “people murdering it have names and addresses, so I got their names and addresses so that I might pay them a little visit, have a heart to heart discussion about their awful behavior,” and he obtained both sets of information.

This unusual interview took place shortly after the San Francisco Superior Court made the CCTV camera footage and police body camera footage of the alleged assault on 82-year-old Pelosi at his apartment publicly available for public viewing.

A number of charges have been brought against DePape, the most serious of which being attempted murder. He is maintaining his innocence at this time.

In the meantime, Nancy Pelosi has stated that she has no plans to view the footage of the incident that has been made public.

“I have absolutely no intention of seeing the deadly assault on my husband’s life,” she said. “I won’t be making any more statements about this case as it proceeds except to, again, thank people and inform them of Paul’s progress.”
